4-Parts to Clarity

  • This series is focused on cultivating empowerment and resilience in students by grounding them in a clarified understanding of self-knowledge, self-efficacy, self-advocacy and self-love. By unpacking who they are and what they need to succeed, students are better equipped to show up in their academic journey empowered and able to exercise resilience during difficult times. This workshop is especially useful for turbulent seasons when students’ identities and personhood seem to be under attack. 

Is the PhD for you?

  • Need help determining whether or not getting a PhD is right for you? This workshop is meant to assist prospective PhD students in determining if and how they should go about applying to graduate school and how to determine what kind of program would be the best fit. In it we complete an interest self-assessment, research question exploration, and application preparation plan.

In just 6 modules, you will dig deep in identifying who you are, why you decided to get on this journey and how you can get through it effectively and efficiently!

2 Live Group Coaching Sessions

Through live group coaching sessions you will be offered real-time support and advice for some of your most challenging PhD problems.

Accountability Team

You will be assigned a team of 2-3 individuals who will work to keep each other on track as you complete this course. 

Onboarding & Wrap-up Meetings

You will have the opportunity to meet the founder, learn more about REAL and interact with other students through our introductory group call and end-of-course wrap-up session.
